Always one idea more
Companies manufacturing in Germany can still hold their own with top performances on the global market.
It's plain to see that we were never wanting for good ideas. Of course we are aware that in times of global competition top employees are in high demand all around the world. The migration of top performers will even increase – and be strongly influenced by environmental aspects. This makes it just the more important to present a company as sustained innovate and socially active in order to be attractive for a multitude of targeted employee groups for sundry reasons.
We take it to be essential that a lot more employers will support students already during their education in a profession-specific way. In general more incentives for high performances must be created and the level of education must increase.

For employees, models for flexible working hours have to be developed so that professional occupation, cultural
activities and parenting can be coordinated with little effort. Moreover, measures have to be taken that the know-how
of retiring employees can furthermore be resorted to.
We are convinced that we will be producing always one idea more for Human Resources management in the future – together with many HR specialists - and certainly under even more global conditions.
