In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Frequently interact with our customers over the phone or by email, answer basic product inquiries and update customers on delivery status
  • Provide quotes and process customer orders for EMEA in line with company policy/guidelines
  • Act as a contact point for Field Service Engineers (FSE), ensure timely assignment of work orders, create cost estimates and service request billing
  • Manage and control correct upload and delivery of invoices to internal and external customer e-invoicing platforms
  • Independently manage investigation and resolution of IT, country regulation and fiscal related issues in cooperation with the company’s tax accountant, Accounts Receivables, and IT departments
  • Interact proactively with internal and external customers to drive continuous improvement opportunities and document customer complaints
  • Handle replacement orders, shipment, and warranty issues and provide in-house trainings for non-technical customer support

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an economic field or similar education, i.e. A-levels degree and economical apprenticeship
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
  • Fluency in Italian and English, any other European language skill would be an added advantage
  • Proven skills in using the MS Office suite
  • Order administration, preferably in a fast-changing service environment
  • Experience in working with CRM systems Salesforce and Oracle
