Country Manager
Nordics & Baltics

Your duties in this position will be:

  • Leading and coaching of our representative consultant team
  • Coordination and promotion of trading activities
  • Planning and implementation of dental events and hands-on courses
  • Cooperation with existing dental depots, key accounts, universities and key opinion leaders
  • Strategic and operational exchange with our management in Cuxhaven
  • Analysis of the market development, competitors' and of end users' needs

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and coaching a team
  • Previous experience in a similar function, preferably within the dental industry
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and confidence
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Very good knowledge of the English and Swedish or Finnish language
  • Willingness to extensively travel
